Our Process

  1. Contact Select Home Systems with a service inquiry, if there is not an account manager available to immediately speak with you, one will be in contact regarding your request in 24 hours.
  2. There will be a brief initial phone consultation.
  3. The assigned account manager will conduct a site survey of the property. (they may be accompanied by a technician or project manager)
  4. A proposal will be provided in less than 10 days. It will be a line item proposal which the account manager can review in person, or on a teleconference.
  5. After contracts are signed the project will have a start and end date designated to it.
  6. The Account Manger will introduce the Project Manager who will be on site to oversee the progression.
  7. After the install is complete, you will be provided with customization and training on how to use and program your new system.
  8. Various Service Plans are available to ensure your system is up to date, performing properly, and fits your lifestyle.
