- There will be a brief initial phone consultation.
- The assigned account manager will conduct a site survey of the property. (they may be accompanied by a technician or project manager)
- A proposal will be provided in less than 10 days. It will be a line item proposal which the account manager can review in person, or on a teleconference.
- After contracts are signed the project will have a start and end date designated to it.
- The Account Manger will introduce the Project Manager who will be on site to oversee the progression.
- After the install is complete, you will be provided with customization and training on how to use and program your new system.
- Various Service Plans are available to ensure your system is up to date, performing properly, and fits your lifestyle.
